SPORT DESIGN SWEDEN

During my internship at Sport Design Sweden from January to April 2025, I held a broad role within both e-commerce and sales.

In e-commerce, I was actively involved in building, developing, and optimizing websites on Shopify. I was responsible for updating and improving product pages, managing online campaigns and product launches, and analyzing traffic, conversions, and sales using various analytics tools. I collaborated with the marketing department on digital advertising and campaigns, developed marketing workflows and strategies to boost online conversions, and provided customer support via email and chat. I also assisted in influencer marketing initiatives and handled inventory and order administration through our e-commerce platform and WMS.

In social media, I planned and published content for Instagram and Facebook, edited images, wrote campaign copy, and managed communication with followers. I also worked with newsletters, creating campaign emails in Klaviyo, segmenting audiences, and analyzing open and click-through rates to optimize performance.

On the sales side, I participated in client meetings and sales calls, offering valuable insights, and received an introduction to the company's sales strategies, customer relations, and CRM systems. I supported follow-ups from client meetings and assisted the sales team, including through a prospecting project that generated several highly relevant leads.

Throughout my internship, I demonstrated strong work capacity, initiative, and attention to detail, taking responsibility for both daily tasks and larger projects. I worked independently as well as in teams and contributed actively to the development of the company’s digital presence.
