I co-founded a company with two close friends, focusing on importing high-quality Parmesan cheese directly from a producer in Italy. We initially sold locally, quickly becoming a customer favorite thanks to the superior quality of our product compared to what was available in stores.
Our marketing strategy combined digital outreach via Facebook with traditional methods like distributing flyers, which helped us steadily build a strong customer base. Over time, we expanded our operations, distributing Parmesan cheese across both Sweden and Denmark.
All good things come to an end. After about two years, we decided to close the company as we wanted to pursue different interests.
